I been living at Arrowhead for bout two years now and I love it the staff is there for you with what ever you need the maintenance are Jonny on the spot it's a very clean place to live it's location is just right for me for fast food shopping and my work so for me it's great

I really enjoy coming home to arrowhead apartments. The neighbors and staff are friendly and respectful. The grounds are kept clean and the pets are well mannered.

I've been a resident here since 2005. The management, the maintenance staff, and the facilities are outstanding. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable friendly, and caring. My husband and I have lived here just over a month now, and I am taking the time to review this apartment because I am very pleased with the place. To start with the process to fill out application was very easy and self explanatory, when we changed our minds about the size of the apartment and even our move in date it was no problem. When we moved in neighbors were very friendly and introduced themselves. We love the fact that that no one lives above you, very quiet place. If anything could be better if they had parking port to keep snow and ice off cars in the winter, but not that big of an issue just buy a canvas for you windshield that can be tied around you mirrors no scaping that way. Maintenance responded to repairs very quickly, within a couple of days which I think is very good for the amount of apartments here. If you are thinking about this place I highly recommend you move here.

Great experience very knowledgable lease agent. Nice and clean apartment and area on the property.

Goldie was the best! My son needed an apartment for college and last minute his roommate wasn't able to come so we were in a huge hurry to find a place. We found Arrowhead through a friend that lived there the prior year. We were able to contact Goldie directly for pricing and availability. We live over 2 1/2 hours away and Goldie walked us through the entire process of filling out forms and making sure they were correct and making sure that my son and his new roommate had a place to live. They only moved in today so I can not comment on any other aspects but Goldie and the office staff made this a great experience and I would recommend this apartment complex. Thank you so much Goldie!! Words can't express my gratitude. I wish there were more Goldie's in the world!

I found that Arrowhead apartment were clean and the staff and maintenance was very helpful. The apartment complex is very quiet and clean. I would recommend to a friend!

I requested a window repair at 8am and this was taken care of by 11am the same day. I didn't get his name but he was friendly and made sure I could use the window before he left.

I've lived at Arrowhead for going on 12 years and I've enjoyed my time here. The staff and maintenance have been great. Whenever I did have a problem it was always taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Apartments.
